COVID-19 has been a tale of two pandemics for me… one in New Mexico and the other in New York City where I was born and raised and where many family members and friends still live. Thus far, the New Mexico version of this crisis has been manageable. Being under a stay-at-home order here has been relatively simple, compared to what we would have experienced in our 20th floor apartment in Manhattan.
When over 1,500 students and bright minds from all over the world meet . . . the dream to reach stars will become reality for all of us.
